IBM iSeries Operations Support Training

Our consultants have been engaged as technical instructors for many years.  We have been an IBM iSeries - AS400  Training Company since January 2000. Prior to that, our we provided all operations and technical support training at the Helms Group, Inc., heading their IBM AS400 Computer Operations and Systems Administration courses for over 5 years.

Our instructors are IBM iSeries & AS400 Certified and have over 15 or more years of experience as a Systems Engineer and Technical Support Specialist in the IBM midrange and IBM iSeries e-Server arena. All instructors have over 10,000 hours of IBM AS400 and iSeries training. Clients have ranged from small shops with a staff of 1 to large IBM iSeries installations of up to 200 IT employees. We have several AS/400-iSeries classes that we already offer, and are working to add more.  We can also customize training based on your needs. Current classes, and their duration follows:

We can also structure private classes, at your site, so please call for pricing.  As of this writing, we have no class schedule.  We can provide training to suit your schedule. We are currently adding several Microsoft and RS/6000-pSeries based classes to our curriculum, so call for information on these as well!
